Please read these terms of use carefully before using the site. By using the site and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. These terms may be modified at any time and without notice. The ZunderTCG.com site cannot be held responsible in any way for misuse of the service.
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions are intended to define the contractual relationship between zundertcg.com and the customer, as well as the applicable conditions.
Zundertcg.com is an online Pokémon card sales site. It is in no way affiliated with The Pokémon Company or The Topps Company Inc.
2. Order
zundertcg.com uses an automatic order recording system. This system serves as proof of the nature and content of the order placed by the customer.
The customer will receive an email at the address they provided confirming their order. The sale will be concluded upon receipt by zundertcg.com of payment for the order.
zundertcg.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any customer order, whether due to a dispute regarding a previous order or due to the lack of stock of the ordered goods. Some items may be available in multiple copies; in this case, the representative photo of the item is not contractually binding.
Items available in multiple copies are offered under the same photo if and only if they are in a similar and representative condition to the photo.
Furthermore, this is specified in the listing description by the phrase "photos are not contractually binding but are in similar condition."
zundertcg.com will issue an invoice, which will be sent exclusively by email upon request. If the ordered products are unavailable, the customer will be notified by email, and the order will be canceled.
3. Price
All orders will be invoiced in euros and payable in the same currency.
By placing an order on the zundertcg.com website, you certify that you are of legal age and accept these terms and conditions.
These apply to all orders placed on the site.
Prices are displayed on the sales pages inclusive of tax, excluding shipping costs.
They are subject to change at any time without notice, although items will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
Payment is made by credit card via "Paypal."
zundertcg.com uses the secure online credit card payment solution "Paypal," guaranteeing secure and reliable payments. "Paypal" uses an encrypted payment protocol.
4. Delivery terms
zundertcg.com ships orders via Mondial Relay with insurance.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €200 on the website. Zundertcg.com cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery times, which remain the responsibility of the carrier.
In the event of delivery delays, the customer should first contact the carrier. If they do not respond, they should contact us. As soon as a package is shipped, we will send the customer a tracking number by email, allowing them to track the progress of their order.
In the event of a delivery error due to an incomplete or incorrect address, Zundertcg.com cannot be held responsible.
5. Return & Refund
sealed Boosters from zundertcg.com are authentic. Guaranteed languages are verified. In the event of non-compliant items or in the event of a return, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the items to request a refund.
The customer must then return the booster in the same manner as when the order was received: sealed booster pack, bubble wrap, or package. If the right of return is exercised, zundertcg.com will refund the card(s) within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as when sent.
In the event of a refund, zundertcg.com will refund the order within 15 business days by credit card. Any actions in bad faith on the part of the customer will not result in a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Zundertcg reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at its sole discretion.

Zundertcg cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
6. Liability
Use of the zundertcg.com website requires the customer to be fully aware of the risks involved in using the internet. zundertcg.com cannot be held responsible for misuse of the website and its services.
The transfer of ownership of the products to the purchaser will only take place after full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date of the products. The transfer of the risks of loss and damage to the products will only take place upon delivery and receipt of the products by the customer.
ZunderTCG.com does not guarantee that its online services will operate continuously: interruptions are possible in the event of maintenance, updates, or technical improvements.
ZunderTCG.com cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure.
7. Intellectual Property
The content of the website www.zundertcg.com is the property of 4KLAAO. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without our written consent.
Some illustrations are from Pokémon, specifically those representing the brand and the various editions.
8. Personal data
The Zundertcg.com website is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal information provided by its customers.
All information concerning them is subject to the provisions of Law No. 75-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal information. They may request this at any time by contacting the website's customer support at contact.zundertcg@gmail.com.
The information provided about customers will not be processed for any purpose other than the performance of the services ordered, nor will it be transferred to third parties.
9. Disputes, applicable law
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French.
By placing an order on the zundertcg.com website, the customer unreservedly accepts that the competent court in the event of a dispute is Bonneville (74130).
